Ciao.
I’m the Italian Cook, I was born in Udine, in the North-East of Italy.
I lived most of my life in and out of kitchens within different roles, at first helping my mother and grandmother to prepare family meals and dinner parties.
Then I worked for many years as a food stylist for different Italian photographers and magazines while cooking for my family, day in day out.
Since I moved to Scotland, I’ve been running cookery classes and kids cooking clubs.
Now that I work full time as a teacher I want to share with you many recipes I learned in the past years, and I taught in my leisure classes.
I’m a food explorer as I like to taste and cook food from all over the world and discover the link between food, culture, history and people. So let’s start exploring together!
